Ordering/Shipping/Return Information

IMPORTANT: Products are shipped out from our various warehouses. Please do not just send items back to BasicWomensClothing. In order for us to process your returns/exchanges as quickly as possible, please call or email us and explain your situation, and you will be given intruction on how and where to send your returned/exchanged items.

To Exchange for a New Product:

*Your credit card will be charged, so your order is shipped right away. Upon receipt of your returned products, your credit card will be credited within 3-10 days from when we receive your return.

To Return a Product:

1. First, contact BasicWomensClothing to obtain a return authorization # and to for the correct return address to ensure your products are sent back to the correct location.

2. Once return authorization is given, you will receive your credit within 7-14 days from when we receive your return.

Return Policies:

* Graphic T-shirts are custom made per order and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

For all other merchandise, a full credit, excluding S&H costs, will be issued to your credit card if:

* We receive your returned products within 15 days of the date your order was placed.
* Your returned products are completely unworn with all original tags in place.

If items are returned after 15 days but before 30 days of your order, store credit will be issued.

Please note that items that have been washed/laundered cannot be returned for any reason. No returns or exchanges will be accepted 30 Days after order date.

Wholesale Orders:

All wholesale orders and/or orders of $1,000.00 and above will have 10 days to be received back by BasicWomensClothing for returns/exchange from when the order was received by the customer. There is a 10% restocking free for any order return over $1,000.00

Shipping Options:

All Groundor Pirority orders are shipped using either UPS, Fed Ex, or the United States Postal Service.

Ground Shipping: $5.95 flat fee plus $2.00 per item.

Total Average Transit Time for Ground Orders: 2-10 business days. Transit time can vary depending on Postal Service, weather conditions, and other variables.

Shipping to Canada: $9.00 flat fee plus $3.00 per item.
Transit time is 7-10 business days. Due to customs, there is no guaranteed delivery date.

Express Shipping Options:

If you need to arrange expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air or 2 Day Air please contact basicwomensclothing directly by emailing help@basicwomensclothing.com or calling 866.363.5100. Some items cannot be shipped using expedited shipping.

International Orders:

If you need to place an international order please call our customer service team at 1.866.363.5100 to arrange.

Due to custom regulations in various countries, there is no gauranteed delivery date.
